Shipping INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
If a PO Box is entered your order will be delayed until we can contact you for a valid delivery address.
Orders with inaccurate shipping addresses, missing information or orders needing additional verification may be delayed until we can contact you. Please make sure a valid phone number and email address are listed so that our customer service representative can reach you in a timely manner to resolve any issues.

1.Regular shipping is included in the price of our products.

All orders will be sent using Regular shipping unless express shipping options are requested. Orders sent with regular shipping will arrive within two weeks through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For engraved or monogrammed orders, allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery, even if 2-Day or Next Day delivery is requested.

Orders to Alaska will be deliverd by USPS.

2.When should I receive my order?

You should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days of your shipment date. If you chose an express shipping option, orders will arrive either in 2 business days, or the next business day of that shipment date.

3.Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally.

4.Sales tax

We are required by law to charge a sales tax in states where OOU holds a sales tax nexus. The following states are subject to sales tax and please note this list can change at any time depending on the OOU physical presence. States with Sales tax include: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii,  Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey,  New Mexico,  New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island,  South Carolina, South Dakota , Tennessee, Texas, Utah,  Vermont, Virginia,  Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
